Minimal invoice template

The Minimal template removes everything that is not information. The title is set in light, widely spaced capitals, the rules are pale grey, and there are no filled areas at all.

It is the cheapest of the four to print and the most neutral, so it fits any brand. If you add a logo it becomes the only visual element on the page, which is often what creative freelancers want.

Use the Minimal template

Why choose Minimal

• Uses the least ink and works on any black and white printer.
• Does not clash with a logo in any colour.
• Holds up well when an invoice has only one or two lines.

How to use it

1. Open the template in the generator. The layout is already selected.
2. Add your business details, your client and the items. Set the currency, a discount and a tax rate if you need them.
3. Press Print or save as PDF, choose "Save as PDF" in the dialog, and send the file.
