About GoldMoneyBill

GoldMoneyBill is a small tool for people who need to send an invoice and do not want to open an account to do it.

What it does

You enter your details, your client and the items. The page adds everything up, shows the finished invoice in one of four templates, and lets you print it to PDF using your browser. That is the whole product.

How it is built

The site is a handful of static files: HTML, CSS and a few small scripts written by hand. There is no database and no back end. There are no external fonts, no analytics and no advertising scripts, so the page loads fast and works on a slow connection.

Why no accounts

An invoice holds names, addresses and money. We would rather not hold any of that. Because everything is calculated in your browser, there is nothing for us to store or lose. Read the privacy page for the details.

Why the name

The domain once belonged to a 2004 campaign for a New Hampshire gold and silver coin bill. Read the story of the Gold Money Bill for what that bill proposed and how it ended.
