Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you make. The site has no paid tier.

Only in your own browser. The page is a set of static files, and there is no server that receives what you type. A copy of your latest draft is kept in your browser's local storage so you do not lose work if you close the tab.

Press Print or save as PDF, then pick "Save as PDF" as the destination in the print dialog. The page prints only the invoice. Headers and footers from the browser are off because the page sets its own margins.

Yes. Choose the paper size in the Style and format panel before printing. The layout adapts to both.

Each line is quantity times unit price, rounded to the smallest unit of the currency. The lines add up to the subtotal. The discount, either a percentage or a fixed amount, comes off the subtotal. Tax is calculated on the discounted amount and added. Halves round up.

Not at the moment. There is one tax rate for the whole invoice. If you need to mix rates, make a separate invoice for each rate or add the tax into the unit prices.

Twenty-three common ones, including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and INR. Amounts are formatted by your browser using the number format you choose, so separators and symbols look right for your region. Currencies without cents, like the yen, are handled correctly.

Yes. Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP image. It is shrunk inside your browser and kept in your draft. It is never sent anywhere.

Use Save draft to download a small file, then Load draft on the other device. The same browser also remembers your last draft on its own.

It stays until you clear the site data in your browser or press Start over. Private windows and some browser settings do not keep local storage, and the page tells you when autosave is not available. In that case, download a draft file.

Yes. On narrow screens the form and the preview are shown one at a time, and you switch between them with the Edit and Preview buttons. Printing from a phone depends on the phone's browser.

The generator only lays out the details you enter. Whether an invoice meets the rules in your country, such as tax numbers or mandatory wording, is up to you. If you are unsure, ask an accountant.
